Gulf Coast Yaker–Land Based Shark Fishing Charter
Trips are for up to 5 People: $50 per person after 5 people.. 12 and under are FREE.
- $600.00 for 6 hours (Bull Reds Only)
- $850.00 for 8 hours (Shark / Bull Reds)
- $1,150.00 for 10 hours (Shark / Bull Reds)
- $1,600.00 for 24 hour overnight trips (Shark / Bull Reds)(Hamburgers/Hot Dogs
Additional time can be added as well for overnight trips, just contact us for information.
All trips require a 30% deposit upon booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
If a trip is cancelled by the guide due to uncooperative weather/conditions or an unexpected event on the guide’s end (sickness, etc) trip credit remains in queue for rebooking.
We will send a text to the provided phone number as soon as we are set up at the fishing location.
Fishing time usually starts at 10:00 AM if weather permits, or just let us know when you’d like to start your trip!! We don’t mind working with you.
All gear, bait and tackle for Sharks and Bull Reds will be provided with trip.
Water will be available, just bring any other drinks or snacks you’d like along with any supplies you think you’d need for an amazing day at the beach (i.e sunscreen, chairs, coolers if you’d like to keep your catch if legal size, BYOB, canopies, towels, insect repellent, etc.)
Due to the nature of fishing, we cannot GUARANTEE to catch any fish. Nature will always do what it wants, when it wants. But we will guarantee it won’t be from lack of trying. We will always check the weather conditions a few days before a trip to see what might be happening. If we see any bad weather, we will contact you and let you know and come up with a plan best suited for your trip.
You will need to have your Fishing License with your Salt Water Endorsement.
Feel free to bring any tackle and equipment needed for Specs, Croaker, Whiting, etc.

What should I bring on a guided surf fishing trip with Gulf Coast Yaker?
- Sunscreen, sunglasses (polarised), sun hat
- Chairs (we normally provide chairs) but if you have something you prefer you are welcome to bring it along.
- Suitable clothing for spending the day in the sun and possibly getting wet (we recommend a long-sleeved, UV-resistant.
- Beach towel and/or change of clothes
- If fishing into the evening, please also be aware that temperatures at night can be quite cool so please bring a warm / windproof jacket, hoodie and pants to change into
- A good quality head-lamp with fresh batteries for afternoon-into-evening sessions
- Drinks and food for the day
- Camera or camera phone
